An important part of keeping your body fit and healthy is to take care of your mental wellness. Your mind is the window to your soul and body.

Having a lot of stress and depression can have a negative effect on your mental wellness. Even studies have shown that serious mental illnesses can lower life expectancy by 10 to 15 years.

Aiming for good sleep hygiene is really important for our physical and mental health. Try to have at least 8 years of sleep per night.

Yoga not only brings inner peace for you but it also helps to circulate the blood flow in your body. The more you bend and try to focus on something, the more your body and soul will get balanced.

Going out and getting the essential amount of vitamin D from sunlight is not quite possible in this pandemic situation but don’t worry, a terrace and little bit of motivation are enough for you!

Try to resolve each of your issues by maintaining a schedule. If you can’t resolve your issue by yourself, try seeking the help of others. Speak it out so that they may provide you the proper solution.
